100g Erdbeeren
2 Pfirsiche
1 Zweig Minze (nach Belieben)
400 ml  gut gekülter Früchtetee
400 ml gut gekülter Johannisbeersaft
200-400 ml Mineralwasser

Nach belieben kann man auch Prosecco oder ähnliches zu tun :)
